These are the answers to
the questions on our
Anniversary blog post. |
$2,800,000: The amount
contributed by foundations, individuals, businesses,
churches, and service clubs since Bridges' inception.
(Wow...what a generous community we get to serve.)
700,000: The total number of staples used in the Human
Services office since 2002. (Well, honestly, we have no
idea...this one was just for fun.)
36,000: The approximate number of people who have been
served by Bridges of Hope over the years.
1,800: How many steps were taken by staff and volunteers
while moving out of our original location and into the
new Human Service office in 2007. (No,
really...we don't know this one either...but did you
know we used to be located in Baxter?)
650: How many individuals have volunteered at Common
Goods since it opened in 2009. (Thanks for
giving of your time & talents!)
47: The number of board members who have served
the organization since its founding.
1: How many
former M*A*S*H stars our staff have spoken with in
order to meet a client's needs. (How's that for
"out-of-the-box"? Bonus point if you know who it was
before clicking on the link!)
So how did you do? (Yes,
we know this was an impossible trivia "test"...but we
hope you had fun anyway...and maybe even learned
something new about Bridges of Hope at the same time!)
