PROGRAMS & SERVICES

Bridges of Hope serves individuals and families in Crow Wing County and the surrounding communities. Our focus is on assisting to prevent crisis–whatever the crisis may be–and our staff specializes in connecting households with local resources by drawing on both traditional human services and non-traditional supports.  We work to have an expert knowledge of our ever changing area resources and how to access them.
